Look who is 5 weeks and Getting SO Big!!!

Grant is 5 weeks today and still just the sweetest lil thing!!! Jack wakes up daily and says im soooo glad that Grant was in your belly and that he lives with us now! Gracie and Jack just adore baby Grant so much!
